Methods of payment: 50% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking, the remaining 60% must be paid by cash or by credit card at your arrival.
Documents: according to Italian law a valid ID must be presented by each guest at the time of check-in. Guests under the age of 18 traveling without either one of their parents must have a written authorization.
Check-in time: from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Please let us know the time of your arrival or if you are late in order to welcome you and if you have special requests for kids, aged or disabled guests.
If you have already booked but you want to change the guest names, please contact Borgo Albergo srl in advance. Otherwise only people who reserved can check-in.
Check-out time: not later than 12:30 pm.
Children under 3 years old stay for free when sleeping in parents’ bed.
Pets are not allowed for free (see below).
All our apartments are non-smoking.
We require a refundable deposit to be paid at your arrival. The amount of the deposit will be agreed with you at the time of booking. We will return your deposit at your departure.
Cancellation policy: if you cancel your reservation 40% of the total amount already paid will be charged as penalty.
High and super-high season – from July 1st to August 31st : in case of cancellation during this period 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of no show 100% of the total booking will be charged.
Early departure: if you decide to change the date of your departure before your arrival please inform us in advance; in case of early departure during your stay the entire amount of the booking will be charged.
Force majeure: if Borgo Albergo srl has to cancel the reservation for reasons of force majeure, Borgo Albergo srl will try to find an alternative accommodation of the same category acceptable to you. If offering an alternative accommodation is not possible, Borgo Albergo will refund you the full deposit paid.
All our apartments have been refurbished in respect of the territory.
Please note, the rate is per day and varies according to room category.
Included in the daily rate: bedding and towels change, electricity, water and gas bills for regular consumption, free wi-fi access.
Not included in the daily rate: local city tax of €1.00 per person per night; an extra bed may be added with an additional charge that varies according to the period of the booking; a baby cot may be added upon request with a supplementary charge of €10,00 per day; small pets are allowed with a supplementary charge of €10,00 per day.
Please note, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms, on the terraces or in any part of Borgo Albergo srl property; a penalty of €1.000,00 must be paid in case of violation.
Early booking: not refundable rate for reservations made 45 days before the day of arrival; 10% discount if you book on this website.
